HCS Convention 2425 Year 1

Beth Horne is the Coordinator of Innovation and Digital Learning with Hampton City Schools. She supports the division with instructional technology and new teacher training. With 23 years of experience in the division, she has previously taught 2nd and 3rd grades. She then served in the role as an instructional technology resource teacher, curriculum integration technology teacher, and a digital learning specialist for the past 17 years. Additionally, Ms. Horne served proudly in the U.S. Army.
