About me
Heidi Black has worked in special education for over 20, first as a teacher in Newport News, then in Hampton at Langley Elementary. After a year as an instructional special education coach, she transitioned into the role of special education coordinator, supporting some of the special education programs and schools within Hampton City Schools.
